Career Coaching for people who think differently

Designing work that works for you

“There’s got to be a better way of doing this.”

If you’re here, that’s probably what you’re thinking.

We all need to make a living, but when you’re operating on hard mode because you have ADHD or another neurodivergent condition, it can feel like it comes at the cost of living your life.

You know something needs to change, but it feels impossible to create the space to work out what that is, or how to change it.

That’s where I come in. Together we can create the space you need to make change happen.

Whether you’re a student, professional, business owner or a career-changer figuring out your next move, I can help you to find what sparks your interest and design your life so you don’t burn out doing it.

Let’s figure out a better way of doing this together.

How I’ll support you through coaching

  • A solitary outdoor payphone in a snowy landscape with evergreen trees in the background.

    1. Get to know each other

Your first step is to book a free 20 minute phone call for us to get to know each other, so you can figure out if I’m the right coach for you.

I’ll share what you can expect from coaching, and ask you questions so I can tailor my approach to suit your needs.

If you’re keen to go ahead I’ll then send on a welcome pack and book in your first session, via phone or video call.

  • Hand holding a camera lens, focusing on a lake and mountains in the background, with a blurred scenic view.

    2. What will you change?

You’re here because you want to change. So in our first session we’ll explore what you want to be different by the time we’ve finished working together.

We’ll agree a timeframe and number of sessions, plus what support might be available to you.

If you have an ADHD diagnosis you might be eligible for government funding that may cover the rest of our engagement.

  • A sandy beach with vehicle tire tracks leading into the distance, bordered by a grassy dune on the left and the ocean on the right. A few clouds float in the clear blue sky.

    3. Making change happen

We will meet weekly or fortnightly to reflect on where you’re at now, and explore strategies you can test to move towards where you want to be.

This is not about doing more… often, it can be about doing less. We’ll keep experimenting until we find what works for you.

In our final session we’ll celebrate your progress, and make sure you have what you need to set you up for what’s next.

Hello! I’m Beth

I am an ICF-accredited ADHD Coach specialising in careers, leadership and social impact. I help neurodivergent students, professionals, founders and leaders to design careers and lives that suit their unique thinking style.

I do this work because I live it. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021 so I know first-hand how challenging it is to figure out the balance between doing work you love without burning out.

Wherever you are at in your career, life, or journey to diagnosis, if something needs to change, I can work alongside you to change it.

I also run workshops with groups and teams to advocate for more inclusive spaces to learn, work and play.

I would love to see a future where everyone who thinks differently thrives at work, and for workplaces to celebrate people who think differently.

Sound good to you? Let’s create it together!
