Coaching people who think differently to live and work differently

Designing a life that works for you

“There’s got to be a better way of doing this.”

This might be what you’re thinking, because this might be how you think.

We need different thinkers in the workplace, in communities and in society so we can continually innovate to create positive systems change. But that comes at a huge cost to those of us who are neurodivergent for the very same reason - those systems weren’t built for us.

Maybe you’ve just been diagnosed with ADHD, and in the process of reframing the last few decades to set you up for your future.

Maybe you're craving work that feels more meaningful, or you’ve found meaning, only to burn out in your quest to make an impact.

Or perhaps life handed you a plot twist, and you're figuring out what comes next.

Whatever brought you here, something's shifting, and you need to create the space to navigate that shift with intention and a splash of curiosity.

That’s where I come in. Together we can create the space you need to make change happen and celebrate your wins along the way.

Wherever you are in your career, life and journey to diagnosis, I can help you to find what sparks your interest and design your life so you don’t burn out doing it.

Let’s figure out a better way of doing this together.

How I’ll support you through coaching

  • A solitary outdoor payphone in a snowy landscape with evergreen trees in the background.

    1. Get to know each other

Your first step is to book a free 20 minute phone call for us to get to know each other, so you can figure out if I’m the right coach for you.

I’ll share what you can expect from coaching, and ask you questions so I can tailor my approach to suit your needs.

If you’re keen to go ahead I’ll then send on a welcome pack and book in your first session, via phone or video call.

  • Hand holding a camera lens, focusing on a lake and mountains in the background, with a blurred scenic view.

    2. What will you change?

You’re here because you want to change. So in our first session we’ll explore what you want to be different by the time we’ve finished working together.

We’ll agree a timeframe and number of sessions, plus what support might be available to you such as the JobAccess Employee Assistance Fund (EAF).

I will follow up with a personalised change plan based on what we discuss, to help navigate the way forward.

  • A sandy beach with vehicle tire tracks leading into the distance, bordered by a grassy dune on the left and the ocean on the right. A few clouds float in the clear blue sky.

    3. Making change happen

We will meet weekly or fortnightly to reflect on where you’re at now, and explore strategies you can test to move towards where you want to be.

This is not about doing more… often, it can be about doing less. We’ll keep experimenting until we find what works for you.

We will have a review session where we celebrate your progress, and make sure you have what you need for what’s next. You can decide to continue independently with what you’ve learned, or we can kick off a new coaching chapter if you need more support.

Let’s get to know each other. Book in a chat with me so we can explore what’s next for you.

Hello! I’m Beth

I am an ICF-accredited career and business coach, and a certified ADHD Coach. I help neurodivergent students, professionals, founders and leaders to design careers and lives where they can create meaningful impact without burning out.

I do this work because I live it. During my time leading teams, I found myself progressively redesigning roles and systems to better suit people who think differently, as I saw how much traditional approaches didn’t fit.

This led me to pursue a career shift into coaching and social impact consulting, so I could better support people and organisations to create meaningful change. Then when I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021 I realised just how much this was a personal pursuit as well as a professional one.

Wherever you are at in your career, life, or journey to diagnosis, if you’re facing a major change, I can work alongside you to change it. Together we can find or create:

  • Careers that amplify your strengths and spark your interest

  • Leadership approaches that are true to your thinking style and your ethics

  • Lifestyle changes that bring you joy, reduce overwhelm, and support you and the people who are important to you to thrive

I work with individuals mainly through virtual sessions catering to the Australia and UK timezones, and I also run workshops with groups and teams to cultivate more inclusive spaces to learn, work and play.

I would love to see a future where everyone who thinks differently thrives in work and life, and for communities to celebrate people who think differently.

Sound good to you? Let’s create this together.
